Enrolment process

Welcome to Rosie and Jims! On this section you will find the enrolment process. This starts after you have accepted your Job Offer! Please note, all job opportunities are subject to references and DBS.

Step 1: We will contact references provided and submit a DBS Enhanced Check via our provider UCheck.

Step 2: You will be asked to attend an enrolment meeting, this is where you will fill in all other documents (Safeguarding Questionnaire, Disqualifying factors, and go over your employment contract.

Step 3: Issued with the Staff Handbook, Uniform (1 x Jumper & 1 x Polo Shirt) and Induction Day.

Step 4: You will be invited to the Payslip software - BrightPay

Enrollment Training

Rosie and Jims Childcare requires all staff members to hold mandatory training upon their enrollment.

You will be emailed a log in to Early Years Training’s portal to complete set assignments.
