Are you an experienced Early Years professional ready to take the next step in your career?

Rosie & Jim’s Childcare Limited is looking for a passionate, confident and motivated Deputy Manager to join the team at our Anfield Pre-School.

You’ll work closely with the Pre-School Manager to support the day-to-day running of the setting, lead and motivate the team, maintain high standards across the EYFS and help ensure every child receives the best possible care and early education.

We’re looking for someone who:

💜 Holds a relevant Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
💜 Has strong knowledge of the EYFS and safeguarding requirements
💜 Has experience working within an Early Years setting
💜 Is confident supporting and leading a team
💜 Is organised, reliable and able to use their initiative
💜 Is passionate about providing high-quality experiences for children
💜 Is ready to take on additional responsibility and develop as an Early Years leader
