  • Any queries regarding wages, payslips and pensions, should be directed to Ceolan. You can contact him here.

  • You should speak to your nursery manager to change any information on staff files. They will then contact the Management team to change any payroll and DBS information.

  • Any Mental health or wellbeing queries should be directed to your nursery manager who will liaise with the operations manager.

  • Rotas’ are handled directly by Nursery Managers. They usually post the rota in the setting group chat and it should be available to view in the nursery office.

  • You should have received a copy of your employment contract on enrolment or update of employment terms. If you have not received an employment contract, please contact your nursery manager ASAP.
